OPERATION
1. Connect the supplied power adapter to the OPEN sign.
2. Press the control button to the desired setting. Press once for continuous flash and scroll Press twice for ON selection Press three times for frame flash only (blue frame will flash) Press four times to turn OFF
3. Attach the supplied hang chain to the OPEN sign and place the OPEN sign in the desired location.
