Policies for Hamster® Commercial Division


1. RETURNS OF GOODS

Hamster guarantees 100% customer satisfaction on all products purchased.

All merchandise can be returned for credit if you are not 100% satisfied. Our return policy conditions are as follow: 
  1. An authorization number from our Customer Service Department has to be issued.
  2. Items may be returned within the applicable time frames.
  3. The original boxes and packing materials have to be intact and resellable.

Please do not write on products or packagings, as they may not be resold thereafter.

2. APPLICABLE TIME FRAMES FOR RETURNS

10-day Return Period

Computers, electronics and some other selected products may only be returned with the manufacturer's original box and packing material.

30-day Return Period


All other products may be returned for refund, exchange or credit within 30 days.
Computer programs cannot be returned because of copyright laws, but may be exchanged for the same title if it is defective.

After the 30-day Return Period


Storage and handling fees of 15% will be deducted from the unitary price.


3. SPECIAL SITUATIONS
  1. An exception is possible for ink cartridges with passed expiry date.
  2. If the parcel seems damaged at the delivery, you can refuse your delivery or accept it by indicating that the parcel is damaged on the delivery slip. Then, contact our customer service to report the situation.
  3. For any problem related to Brother machines, you need to contact the manufacturer's customer service at 1 888 BROTHER.
